Dear eBitcoinics Community,

We hope this message finds you well. Following our recent communication regarding changes to our payment gateway fees, we have an important update to share with you.

Upon further investigation, we have discovered that the transaction fees imposed by MTN Ghana apply only to Merchant numbers. As a result, we want to clarify that fees will be debited only on transactions paid to Merchant numbers.

Subscribers and agent accounts will not be affected by these fees. Therefore, if you select MTN Mobile Money as your payment option for a sell order and it is paid to a subscriber or agent account, no transaction fee will be deducted from the final amount you receive in GHS.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we navigate these updates. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
