Yet sadly, most of the stories we hear in the mass media shows that the African superpower for tech is much involved in Internet Scams and Fraud. A prudent decision by the media to shut down the good name of the African Nation.

News Team: When did you discover blockchain?

After Ponzi crashed, everyone called crypto and Blockchain a scam, I took a different approach, I was running to research what everyone was calling a scam and Ponzi. I can remember mmm was giving those who use bitcoin 50% and those who use fiat 30%. I was so curious, I wanted to know what was special about bitcoin that mmm was willing to pay more, my research led me to full knowledge of what Blockchain can do and how it will change the world.

News Team: What were your thoughts when you first discovered it?

It just made me realize that technology is and will always improve, no technology will be number one forever except the dev consistently keeps improving. But no matter how hard the current centralized systems tries to improve, they can't have a huge stake in the future except they include Blockchain in their upgrade.

News Team: How did you feel when you first bought crypto and which one is that, can you say the technology has changed your life?

The first crypto I bought was BITCOIN, it was actually a weird feeling because for the first time, I was able to make several monetary transaction without the bank, no fear of account being blocked. It made me realize why the banks hate bitcoin so much.

News Team: If you had to go back in time, would you regret ever using the technology?

Big no, I regret not doing enough research about cryptocurrency and Blockchain in 2016, if I could go back in time, I'll definitely scoop up enough bitcoin and take an early position in studying DPOS because of Steem and EOS.

News Team: Many say that blockchain is for Africa, what do you think that notion is true?

Absolutely, Blockchain is for Africa, most third-party systems and big centralized companies’ take advantage of the people's ignorance and manipulate their economy. Elections in Africa is also a huge reason why Blockchain is for Africa, African countries still uses ballot box for elections and that is old fashion and can be easily corrupted.

News Team: What have you been doing lately with the blockchain tech?

As a Blockchain analyst, I read a lot about all kinds of Blockchain and the Blockchain that caught my attention lately is EOS. I know there has been a lot of negative news about EOS, but as a Blockchain analyst, I look and read beyond the FUD. Just checking blocktivity, dappradar and stateofthedapps, you'll know the reason why I'm specifically working with EOS. But this doesn't mean I hate other Blockchains, no!, all we need is massive Blockchain adoption and any Blockchain that can bring that scalability will be my favorite, all Blockchains can exist side by side, Blockchain A don't need to pull Blockchain B down to succeed.

News Team; How u are you using Blockchain technology to enrich the lives of your fellow citizens?

One of Africa's biggest problem is "ignorance" and that ignorance has given birth to poverty. The way out of poverty is not by giving people money, but my enriching their minds through various forms of education. That is the reason why I've been hosting lots of Blockchain meetups and seminars around Nigeria.

My adventure into the Blockchain space has led me into creating an escrow platform on the steem Blockchain called steemfuse, EOS university club and a charity project on the EOS Blockchain called humane. I'm currently working on some other projects that will be revealed by 2019. I'm looking forward to building or collaborating with anyone who's trying to build Blockchain solutions on any of the Blockchains.

News Team: What do you expect 2019 to look like for the technology and your project?

2018 drained out all those who came for the money, the people left in the Blockchain space right now are those who believe in the tech and most of them are building. By 2019, we should see the complete version of some of tech being built now.

News Team: What is your advice to your fellow youths?

For the youths out there, Blockchain technology can be applied in your field of study. No matter what you studied in school, you can apply blockchain technology to that field. Does that mean Blockchain technology is only for those who went to school? Nah!, Blockchain can be applied to almost anything, as long as what you do has a thing or two to do with records and money.

Final words

Blockchain technology is one of the blessings nature has given to mankind and it was revealed to us through Satoshi. It might not be easy to get the government to adopt this technology, but in the long run, they will.
